Property Accountant

Property Accountants are a unique position that is much more than traditional bookkeeping , rent collection and bill payment. At Marquette, our Property Accountants are the financial "stewards" of each property. They are charged with providing the Partners, Property Manager and Site Staff Team Members the accurate and timely financial information required to make sound business decisions. As a part of Marquette's "decentralized" operating system, Property Accountants close out the books each month and actually produce the entire monthly financial report which is then sent to owners. Property Accountants report directly to the Property Manager and require extensive use of Microsoft Windows based accounting systems.
