pioneered the concept of providing "five star hotel style customer
service" at suburban apartment communities. Our Concierge is charged
with making each and every resident feel special and that his/her
opinion and needs count…because they do!! Our Concierge are expected
to know each resident by name and to talk with each resident at least
once a quarter. Our Concierge is also responsible for the development
of all social events, implementation of Marquette's nationally
recognized and trademarked "We C.A.T.E.R." Service Program, and the
daily follow-up on all maintenance service requests. Our Concierge are
fun loving, outgoing individuals who love to serve residents and
develop partnerships with outside community vendors and organizations.
