Leasing Consultant

Every franchise needs its "business development" group, and our Leasing Consultants fulfill this function. They are charged with actively seeking out new residents by implementing Marquette's multi-tiered marketing technology called the "Parthenon Marketing System". Leasing Consultants are also charged with doing whatever it takes to maintain above market occupancy at maximum rent levels. They are also part of our "front line" team that deals with our valued residents on a daily basis. Consequently, they must be extremely approachable, "attitude free" and willing to provide legendary customer service to each and every resident and potential resident.
