Maintenance Supervisor
|
Maintenance Supervisors are "working supervisors"
who are expected to develop their maintenance, housekeeping, and
grounds staff to be able to maintain the physical property to
Marquette's high standards and provide our residents with legendary
customer service. Maintenance Supervisors must not only be Certified
and skilled in all aspects of property maintenance, but must be strong
leaders and effective communicators.
 While
reporting to the Property Manager, it is more accurately said that
Maintenance Supervisors work in "partnership" with the Property
Manager to operate the property in a manner that makes Marquette's
properties stand out above the rest! |

Technicians/ Janitors/ Housekeeping/ Grounds Personnel
|
 Maintenance
Technicians, Janitors, Housekeeping and Grounds personnel are
critical to the success of every Marquette property. They are part
of our "front line" team that has the most direct daily contact with
our valued residents. They must be extremely presentable, hard
working individuals who take exceptional pride in their work and who
can communicate effectively with residents. They must also be
critical thinkers who are willing to take the initiative to identify
what needs to be accomplished and take action without constant
supervision. Finally, these individuals must be willing to speak up
and provide suggestions on how to improve our systems and
operations. |
